Integral Leadership Training

Co3 provides in-house training that is designed to develop knowledge and skills towards integral leadership and personal transformation. Training curriculum includes implementing the theoretical method of ALOHA and navigating triggering conversations by building Resilience capacity to engage in deep listening, transformative dialogue, and organizational change. 

 

Participants are given the fundamental tools to increase their capacity to stretch beyond the current paradigm and adapt to a new method of thinking, responding, and reacting. Attendees will develop confidence in understanding how the transformative approach is integral to analyzing and improving situations by identifying internal and external barriers and prioritize the areas for improvement.

Resilience Advantage Workshop

Minimum 3 hours

Conflict Transformation Training

Multiple Day Workshop

*Prerequisite: Integral Leadership Training

 

One of the most powerful tools for managing conflict is good communication skills. Learning to communicate effectively and compassionately minimizes misunderstanding and increases empathy.

 

Healing relationships and communities set the trajectory for global healing. Conducting peacemaking sessions around concentric circles reminds us that everyone is impacted by the tensions that erupt in our organizations and communities.   

 

Co3 Consulting works with organizations on learning how to facilitate ways to have courageous, non-threatening, non-hierarchical sessions by creating equity and fairness in the discussions, and everyone has the equal opportunity to be heard, alleviating residual conflict from arising.

Off-site Training and Team Building 

2-Day Minimum

 

Co3 Consulting believes that off-site training provides a more distraction-free environment for staff and leadership, who may be pulled back into work when the training is provided at their primary place of employment. When training is away from the office, a change of scenery can have a positive and lasting effect. Employee engagement is likely to be higher, and the development of co-creating cohesiveness becomes inherent.
